TEKsystems is seeking various Secret or Top Secret cleared Audio/Visual (A/V) - Video Teleconference (VTC) Installers, Technicians and Engineers. The individuals shall have experience/familiarity with most of the following equipment/tools (Remedy ticketing system, Crestron, AMX, Vaddio, Extron, Biamp, Clear one, Polycom, Cisco, Crown. Work will be performed at the Pentagon and/or Mark Center in Arlington/Alexandria, VA.
The primary responsibilities of the AV/VTC Installer are to Schedule and perform installations, coordinate site surveys with customers per requests through the remedy ticketing system and train customers on conference room use. Other responsibilities as required are to respond to Incident and Work order tickets. AV Tech/Installer should have cabling experience in an AV environment and be capable of wire termination including cat 6, RS232 termination and soldiering terminations.
The primary responsibilities of the AV/VTC Technician are to provide conference support, VTC installation and configuration, VTC Troubleshooting, new conference room installations as well as other AV/VTC tasks. Provide real-time, on-site support of A/V and VTC capabilities in a classified environment. Provide operational and maintenance support of A/V VTC systems in conference rooms, training rooms, auditoriums, senior leadership A/V VTC equipment, video walls, signage systems, and provides operating instructions to AV customers.
The primary responsibilities AV/VTC Engineer to provide support and services in the AV Engineering Team supporting a DoD organization with video teleconferencing services. Resolves system operational problems by troubleshooting and performing fault isolation. Repairs, replaces, or reprograms faulty equipment, as required. VTC Engineers need a CompTIA Security+ CE.
